2024 (Freshman)
Brie made an immediate impact on the Cardinal backline in her freshman season, starting nine of her 21 appearances. She contributed two assists, including her first against Parkside on October 25. Offensively, Brie was a consistent threat, putting nine shots on goal out of 17 attempts for a solid .529 shot on goal percentage.
High School
A 2024 graduate of Neuqua Valley High School, Brie earned All-Academic honors in both soccer and volleyball from 2022 to 2024. She was recognized with the Neuqua Honors Leadership Award in 2022 and the Student Growth Award in 2024, while also being named a Neuqua Valley Scholar every year from 2020 to 2024. Brie helped lead her soccer team to a regional championship in 2022 and was named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Sectional in soccer in 2023. She was also an All-Conference Honorable Mention in volleyball in 2022 and served as team captain in 2023.
Personal
Majoring in Exercise Science, Brie was born on November 3, 2005, in Winfield, Illinois. She is the daughter of Aaron and Debbie Clasen. Athletic talent runs in the family—her sister Alex played volleyball at Concordia University Chicago from 2018 to 2022, her father played soccer and basketball at Concordia University Irvine from 1988 to 1992, and her mother competed in volleyball at the same school from 1987 to 1991.
